In Mexico, touch is a vital expression of respect and connection.

My passion for bodywork and massage is deeply rooted in my upbringing in Mexico. In our culture, touch is a vital expression of respect and connection—physical contact is naturally woven into everyday interactions and social gatherings, building deep trust and affection.

As a collegiate swimmer and track athlete, and later as a triathlete, I experienced firsthand the profound benefits of bodywork. This athletic chapters also introduced me to the vital role of nutrition and fueling the body optimally, a journey of learning that I continue to this day. Over time, my relationship with movement evolved; I came to realize that an easy run or a hike isn't just about physical exertion, but a way to deeply nourish my mind and soothe my nervous system.

This lifelong connection to wellness ultimately led me to Eugene, Oregon, where I graduated from the massage therapy program at Lane Community College in 2022. Driven to deepen my skills, I began taking Structural Integration workshops with Amy Bennett in Portland before even receiving my license. Since graduating, I have committed to advanced modalities, completing Craniosacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute, which naturally paved the way for my current osteopathic approach utilizing Neuromeningeal and Visceral manipulations through the Barral Institute.

My Background

At 24 years old, I emigrated from Querétaro, México, to Oregon, a move inspired by a beautiful twist of fate. Throughout my high school and college years, my parents hosted exchange students from all over the United States. Meeting the students from Oregon completely captivated me; I was deeply intrigued by the Pacific Northwest’s stunning natural diversity and vibrant lifestyle. I promised myself I would visit for just a few weeks after graduation… and the rest is history. More than 20 years later, I am proud to still call Oregon home.

While I have built a wonderful life here, México remains close to my heart. I return as often as possible to visit family, savor the incredible food, and recharge by the warm ocean waters. My love for the outdoors stems from a lifetime of movement; growing up, I played a variety of sports, eventually falling in love with swimming, running, and triathlons. Oregon’s endless recreational playground keeps that athletic passion alive today, whether I am camping, surfing, climbing, rafting, mountain biking, or paddle boarding. When I am not out exploring, I love grounding myself through tactile, hands-on activities like Latin partner dancing, ceramics, gardening, and cooking.

Ultimately, it is this unique blend of a lifelong athletic background, a love for community, and a deep appreciation for hands-on creativity that naturally drew me to massage therapy. Studying the human body and witnessing the transformative power of touch—whether through therapeutic relief or deep relaxation—is incredibly rewarding. I am excited to share this passion with the Eugene community. In my practice, I specialize in targeted therapeutic methods, blending Swedish-style massage, neuromuscular techniques for injury recovery, and active joint mobilization through pin and stretch to help my clients move and feel their best.

Driven by a lifelong passion for continued learning, I regularly expand my practice through advanced training. I incorporate specialized workshops in Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral therapy, implementing these modalities tailored to each client's specific needs. Over the last couple of years, I have focused most of my energy on an osteopathic approach, dedicating my practice to precise neural and visceral manipulations to support deeper, systemic healing.
